We start with what's already public. A Review-to-Revenue Report reads the public reviews and PDP content for one Shopify product, then writes a calm, hedged action plan: buyer objections, theme & PDP section gaps, copy blocks, FAQ entries, review replies, and a 30-day experiment backlog. No Shopify Admin access. No private customer data.
